Whisper and Peace (1 Kings 19 & Phil 4)

Scriptures of the Day  1 Kings 19: 11-12 The LORD said, "Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by." Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. It not only asks for the things I am needing (protection and blessing), but the things I desire (mainly his peace and a little bit of him smiling down couldn't hurt). The amazing thing is, right now I have it! I am still waking up each morning feeling hopeful about something. I don't know why, but it is much better than waking up worrying. And because I don't know why I am feeling this peace, I can only presume it is a blessing. Of which I am very thankful :).  So, frien...
